This interactive training course offers a practical, human approach to understanding and strengthening the mechanisms that sustain energy, resilience and performance at work. Through concrete tools for emotional self-regulation, participants will learn to recharge their personal "battery", better manage stress and foster a lasting balance between well-being and effectiveness. By exploring the four energy domains - physical, emotional, mental and relational - participants will develop a global vision of individual and collective performance. Emotions will be approached from the angle of their physiological and behavioral impact, with particular attention to the emotional states that foster clarity, collaboration and commitment.

The training also integrates elements of coherent communication and aligned leadership, essential for navigating in a changing professional context.

It concludes with the development of a personalized action plan to transpose what has been learned into the participants' day-to-day reality.
