When you submit a request for information to ACOAQ, for example by using one of the e-mail addresses listed on its Site, ACOAQ may use it in return to follow up on your request.
We use recognized physical, electronic and managerial processes and technologies to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We cannot guarantee the absolute protection of your activities on our sites or the protection of your personal information against unauthorized access or interception by third parties.
When you make a purchase on one of our sites, you must provide us with payment information, including your name, credit card number and security code (or PayPal account information) and billing addresses. You authorize ACOSQ, pursuant to the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (RLRQ. C. P-39.1), to collect from third parties, hold or communicate to interested third parties all relevant information that may be required.
By using the QPAT web site, you consent to the collection and use of personal information by QPAT for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
