Of course, most construction projects pose many challenges, but sometimes there is an additional challenge: getting paid at the end of the project! Money is everything, but there are many ways to increase your chances of getting paid quickly. Often, it is only a matter of having a good work structure and a good basic contract. In more serious cases, it is necessary to send a demand letter or even hire a debt collection firm, or go to small claims court. Finally, sometimes we need to consult a lawyer to help us in our efforts. You may already be asking yourself the following questions: What should a good contract contain? What is a collection agency and how do they work? What should a demand letter contain? How does small claims court work? How do I negotiate the price of my lawyer? This course is designed to answer these questions (and more) and provide your company with the right tools for debt protection and collection.
