Of course, most construction projects pose many challenges, but sometimes there is an additional challenge: getting paid at the end of the project! Money is everything, but there are many ways to increase your chances of getting paid quickly. Often, it is only a matter of having a good work structure and a good basic contract. In more serious cases, it is necessary to send a demand letter or even hire a debt collection firm, or go to small claims court. Finally, sometimes we need to consult a lawyer to help us in our efforts. You may already be asking yourself the following questions: What should a good contract contain? Cancellation / Modification
All requests to cancel or modify an activity must be made in writing 10 working days before the event. APECQ retains the full amount of the registration fee if the request to cancel the activity is made 9 working days or less.
In all cases, APECQ agrees to modify the activity at no charge. In addition, it is possible to be replaced by another person, to whom the certificate will be sent.
APECQ reserves the right to cancel any training activity. In such a case, APECQ's sole responsibility will be to reimburse in full the registration fees paid by the participant.
