Role and responsibilities
- Conduct site visits at our members' facilities to identify OHS risks;
- Evaluating prevention performance;
- Suggest corrective measures;
- Draw up action plans and workplace inspection reports following visits;
- Support and advise contractors on OHS risk prevention;
- Develop and update prevention programs;
- Develop critical work procedures and help customers implement them (lockouts, confined spaces, asbestos, working at heights, etc.);
- Advise customers on various prevention activities such as accident investigation and analysis, CNESST inspector reports and visits, health and safety committees, etc;
- Auditing occupational health and safety management systems;
- Participate in the development of work tools and new prevention services;
- Identify customers' prevention needs and propose our solutions;
- Collaborate with the team to develop the offer and obtain new prevention mandates;
- Carry out any other prevention-related tasks or mandates for companies.
Experience and skills :
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience
- Experience in CNESST file management (an asset)
- Construction experience
- Bilingualism (French and English) at a professional level (an asset)
- Good knowledge of the Office 365 suite
- Rigor, autonomy and initiative
- Be a team player who encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Demonstrate autonomy and adaptability
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage priorities and follow-ups
